Mackenzie Scott, the Brooklyn-based artist known as TORRES, has shared her first new music since her 2015 album Sprinter. Scott has released a new single called “Skim,” which is her first song for her new label 4AD. In addition, “Skim” arrives with a new music video, directed by Ashley Connor—the filmmaker who worked on Angel Olsen’s “Shut Up Kiss Me,” Jenny Hval’s “That Battle Is Over,” and Mitski’s “Your Best American Girl.” Watch TORRES’ new “Skim” video below.
