Courtney Barnett Plays a Pop-Up Show in "Nobody Cares if You Don't Go to the Party" Video

Courtney Barnett has shared a video for her Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit single “Nobody Cares if You Don’t Go to the Party”. You can check it out below. The video is taken from footage of Barnett playing a pop-up show in London’s Camden neighborhood, which happened on August 17.

Leading up to the video, billboards and signs with the song’s name were posted in cities around the world, and a teaser clip was posted, featuring Barnett being rudely awakened by an alarm clock playing the song. You can watch that teaser below.

In tandem with the video’s launch, Barnett has announced “stay in” and “go out” contests on her website. The fan who wins the “stay in” side gets a record player and Barnett’s albums, while the fan who wins the “go out” side gets tickets to one of her upcoming shows.
