Adele Announces New Album

Adele recently shared a note about her new album—calling it a “make-up record” and saying it took a while because, “you know, life happened.” At last, she’s made the announcement—25 is out November 20. She shared the news via Instagram with the above image, which may be the album cover. Update (10/22 11:09 a.m.): Check out the tracklist below. The record’s first single, “Hello”, will be released with a Xavier Dolan-directed video tomorrow. Update (10/22 11:29 a.m.): Adele’s reps have confirmed that the above image is the album cover.

According to previous reports, the new record features collaborations with Tobias Jesso Jr, Max Martin, Danger Mouse, Ryan Tedder, and potentially Damon Albarn.
