Adele Performs "Hello" Live for the First Time

On November 20 – the same day that she releases her upcoming album, 25 – Adele will perform for the first time on television since doing “Skyfall” at the 2013 Academy Awards. A new trailer for the program, Adele at the BBC, features the singer chatting with the BBC’s Graham Norton and performing her new single “Hello” for the first time. Check it out below.

Adele also partakes in “Rumor Has It”, a fan Q&A. Asked if it’s true that she doesn’t have access to her own Twitter account, she responds that it is. “I’m not a drinker anymore, but when Twitter first came out, I was like, ‘You’re drunk tweeting’, and nearly put my foot in it quite a few times. So my management decided, ‘You have to go through, like, two people, and it has to be signed off by someone’.” (Despite the lack of access, she says that she still writes her own tweets, which are then posted by her staff).

As previously reported, Adele will make also numerous U.S. TV appearances. She’s currently slated to perform on “Saturday Night Live” on November 21, “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on November 23, and “Today” on November 25. There’s also an NBC special airing December 14.
