Adult Swim Parodies Giorgio Moroder, Vangelis, Wendy Carlos: Watch

Adult Swim periodically air one-off specials. (“Too Many Cooks,” for example.) The most recent special is called “Live at the Acropolis: Lords of Synth,” which is a sketch parodying synthesizer pioneers Giorgio Moroder, Vangelis, and Wendy Carlos. (In the sketch, the characters are called Morgio Zoroder, Xangelix, and Carla Wendos.) In “Lords of Synth,” the three artists square off in synthesizer battle. Eventually, though, a looming comet threatens to destroy the planet. Will our heroes save the world? Find out below.
