Announcing Sounds Like [ ], a New Facebook Live Series

Pitchfork is happy to announce a new weekly Facebook Live series. It’s called Sounds Like [ ]. Hosted by Eavvon O’Neal, it features a new artist each week, talking us through a playlist they’ve made around a theme of their choosing. The 10-week series kicks off today at 1 p.m. Eastern with the Drums’ Jonny Pierce. Future guests include Mac DeMarco, Best Coast’s Bethany Cosentino, and Hamilton Leithauser. Sounds Like [ ] is presented in partnership with Pandora, whose new Premium platform launches to all listeners today via the App Store and Google Play. It’s part of the streaming platform’s new “Sounds Like You” campaign. As part of the series, Pandora is also sponsoring three Pitchfork Live shows—details to be announced shortly.
