Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner and Topless Women Star in Mini Mansions' "Vertigo" Video

Mini Mansions, the L.A. band featuring Queens of the Stone Age‘s Michael Shuman, released their new album The Great Pretenders today. It features guest spots from Brian Wilson and Arctic Monkeys‘ Alex Turner. Watch the video for “Vertigo”, which features Turner and a bunch of topless women, below.

Shuman said of the video:

The night before the shoot we played this strange private party for Saint Laurent with Bleached and Sky Ferreira, where we each played 15 minute sets. So there was plenty of time for debauchery afterward. Us and Alex managed to stumble onto set for the shoot at 9am with a half dozen naked ladies waiting to partake in the shoot. I’d say it was a pretty ideal setup for the making of this video.

Mini Mansions will appear at Amoeba Records in L.A. tomorrow, Fingerprints in Long Beach on March 26, and at Amoeba in San Francisco on March 27. They’re also touring with Tame Impala and Royal Blood in the coming months; check out the dates here.
