Atmosphere Announce New Album and Tour, Share New Video

Minneapolis rap duo Atmosphere are back with the follow-up to 2014′s Southsiders. Fishing Blues is out August 12 via Rhymesayers. The album features guest spots from DOOM, Aesop Rock, Kool Keith, the Grouch, and others. “Ringo” is the album’s first single—find the track’s music video below, along with the tracklist and album cover. Slug and Ant have also announced a tour, which includes dates alongside Aesop Rock, Pretty Lights, Brother Ali, and others. Find those dates below.

According to a press release, “The video shows a past-his-prime actor playing a king & jester, mocked by his peers and those that once respected his work—a sharp look at today’s pop culture environment where today’s heroes are tomorrow’s joke.”
