Beck, Dave Grohl, Paul McCartney, Patti Smith, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, More To Appear in Rock Hall Ceremony
This year’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place on April 18 at Cleveland’s Public Hall. Beck, Dave Grohl, and John Legend will perform, and Patti Smith, Paul McCartney, and Stevie Wonder will be among the presenters. (Stevie Wonder will induct Bill Withers, Patti Smith will induct Lou Reed posthumously, and Paul McCartney will induct Ringo Starr, who will be receiving the award for musical excellence.)
The show will air on HBO on May 30.
Other performers and presenters include Joe Walsh, Tom Morello, Jimmie Vaughan, John Mayer, Fall Out Boy, and others to be announced.
Last year, Nirvana, Peter Gabriel, Kiss, and the E Street Band were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
