Belle and Sebastian Cancel European Tour Due to Health Issues

Belle and Sebastian have cancelled their November tour of mainland Europe, which was due to begin next week. The dates were pulled due to Stuart Murdoch’s health, according to a statement on the band’s website. Read it in full below.

Belle and Sebastian regret to announce the cancellation of their upcoming tour of mainland Europe. This is due to lead singer Stuart Murdoch’s current health.

It is a huge disappointment for us not to make the concerts, and the decision was not taken easily.

Stuart wants nothing else but to be able to play and sing for you, but has to get better first. We hope you understand.
