Beyoncé Visited by Hillary Clinton on Music Video Set: Report

Beyoncé hosted Hillary Clinton on the set of a new music video, reports Us Weekly. The Democratic presidential candidate “made a surprise visit” on March 24 to the video shoot in Los Angeles, an unnamed source was quoted as saying. It wasn’t clear if Clinton might be in the video. Beyoncé is finishing up an album, with videos, for a “likely” April release, a second source told US Weekly.

At an Iowa town hall in December, Clinton was asked if she would rather be president or Beyoncé. “I want to be as good a president as Beyoncé is a performer,” Clinton replied. Beyoncé attended a Clinton fundraiser last May, according to Bloomberg.

In February, Beyoncé performed at the Super Bowl halftime show, right after sharing a new song and video, “Formation.” She also announced a world tour that kicks off on April 27 in Miami.
