Charli XCX Shares "Vroom Vroom" Video: Watch

After launching her new label Vroom Vroom Recordings with the release of the Vroom Vroom EP back in February, Charli XCX has shared the video for the EP’s title track. The clip sees the singer performing in front of a luxury vehicle and taking part in numerous dance sequences, gradually shifting from black-and-white to color. Back when she debuted the song on Beats 1, Charli said that she’d love to get Paris Hilton for the video. While the hotel heiress is missing here, the video does feature cameos from members of PC Music, including label head A.G. Cook, “Vroom Vroom” producer SOPHIE, and Hannah Diamond.

Update (5:15 p.m. EST): Charli just wrapped up the latest episode of her Beats 1 radio show “The Candy Shop.” She played and discussed “Boys & Girls” (a new will.i.am song featuring Pia Mia that she co-wrote) and spun cuts from Rostam, Siba, Dilly Dally, QT, Alice Deejay, and more. Charli also revealed that she’s working on new music.

Then, Azealia Banks stopped by for a brief chat about her new mixtape Slay-Z, her stint as a Playboy cover star, “212,” and more. Charli played Zero 7′s “Destiny” at her guest’s request. Later on in the show, Charli called up Carly Rae Jepsen for a short interview. The two discussed their mutual respect for Rostam and Ariel Rechtshaid, as well as Jepsen’s new, Petra Collins-directed “Boy Problems” video.
