Damon Albarn, Florence, Noel Gallagher, More Donate Belongings to Charity Garage Sale
This Saturday, a huge sale of clothes, records, books, and other belongings donated by celebrities and the public will take place in London’s Oval Space. The sixth annual “Rumble in the Jumble” includes donations from Damon Albarn, Florence Welch, Noel Gallagher, Foals, Mark Ronson, Charli XCX, the Libertines, Kate Moss, Franz Ferdinand, Mel C, and Beth Ditto. Last year’s event raised £33,000 ($42,000), according to the organizers; money raised this year will go to the Oxfam Refugee Appeal. Entry to the event, which features live DJs and runs from midday to 5 p.m., costs £5 “plus a few items of quality jumble.” Find details here.
