David Bowie Shares Disturbing "Lazarus" Video

David Bowie‘s new album  (pronounced Blackstar) is out tomorrow on Iso/RCA. Today, he’s shared a video for “Lazarus”. The disturbing clip, directed by sometime Breaking Bad director Johan Renck, appears to be set in a hospital ward, where Bowie is bedridden in the same button-eye bandage seen in Renck’s “Blackstar” video. Watch it in full below.

In a press release, Renck said of the video:

One could only dream about collaborating with a mind like that; let alone twice. Intuitive, playful, mysterious and profound… I have no desire to do any more videos knowing the process never ever gets as formidable and fulfilling as this was. I’ve basically touched the sun.

Bowie previously shared the album’s title track.
