Death Cab for Cutie Cover R.E.M.’s "Fall on Me" With Peter Buck and Mike Mills

R.E.M.‘s Peter Buck started the Todos Santos Music Festival as a benefit for community service non-profit the Palapa Society of Todos Santos, A.C. The festival has now finished its second weekend, closed out with a performance by Death Cab for Cutie. During their set, Death Cab covered R.E.M.’s “Fall on Me” with Buck and R.E.M. bassist Mike Mills. Watch it below, via Stereogum.

During Todos Santos’ first weekend, Buck, Mills, Jeff Tweedy, Corin Tucker, and more paid tribute to the late David Bowie.

Death Cab for Cutie released their album Kintsugi last year.
