Death Grips Side Project the I.L.Y’s Announce New Album Bodyguard

Last year, Death Grips side project the I.L.Y’s—the duo of Zach Hill and Andy Morin—released a new record called Scum With Boundaries. This year, they’ll return with a new one. Hill has announced on Facebook that they’ll release a new album called Bodyguard. Tristan Tozer of the Yah Mos and Drug Apts played guitar on the new record. There’s no release date just yet, but Hill confirms “it’ll be coming out sometime this year so keep an eye out if you’re interested.” Read Hill’s note below. The I.L.Y’s first release was 2015’s I’ve always been good at true love.
