Death Reported at Prince’s Paisley Park Studios

A person has been found dead at Prince‘s estate, Paisley Park, TMZ reports. According to Carver County Sheriff Chief Deputy Jason Kamerud, deputies responded to the Chanhassen, Minnesota facility this morning at 9:43 a.m. The Sheriff’s department has told TMZ that there was a death at the scene. Further details are not yet available. Update (2:16 p.m.): Prince died today at the age of 57. The cause of death has not been announced. 

Last week, Prince was briefly hospitalized for the flu.
