Desiigner Gun Charge Dropped
Desiigner was arrested Thursday night in New York City on gun and drug charges following a road rage incident. Online court filings show that two charges have been dropped: criminal possession of a loaded weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Both charges were classified as felonies. Police told TMZ that a gun wasn’t found and the criminal possession of a loaded weapon charge was based on what a witness told police. Desiigner still faces misdemeanor charges of menacing and criminal possession of a controlled substance. It was previously reported that police found Oxycontin and other drugs in the car. A court hearing took place today, and as the TMZ video below shows, Desiigner is out of jail.
