Devo’s Mark Mothersbaugh Scoring Thor: Ragnarok
Devo frontman Mark Mothersbaugh is a prolific composer who has worked on everything from Wes Anderson films (Life Aquatic, Royal Tenenbaums) to kids’ movies (Alvin & the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked). One of his next projects is the score of Thor: Ragnarok, Entertainment Weekly reports. The Marvel film, starring Chris Hemsworth and directed by Taika Waititi, is set for a November 2017 release. It’s also set to star Mark Ruffalo (as the Hulk!), Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Anthony Hopkins, and Idris Elba.
