Dirty Projectors and D∆WN Team for New Song “Cool Your Heart,” Co-Written by Solange

Dirty Projectors have shared the video for “Cool Your Heart,” from their upcoming self-titled album. The song, which premiered on Zane Lowe’s show on Beats 1 today, features vocals from D∆WN and was co-written by Solange. (Dave Longstreth previously collaborated on last year’s A Seat at the Table. According to a press release, “Cool Your Heart” was written “during breaks from sessions for Solange’s album.) Tyondai Braxton contributed additional production and Mauro Refosco contributed percussion. The clip was directed by Noel Paul & Stefan Moore and features Longstreth and D∆WN in a time-twisting nighttime tableau. Watch it below.

The band has previously shared new album tracks “Keep Your Name,” “Little Bubble,” and “Up in Hudson.” Dirty Projectors is out February 24 via Domino.
