DOOM Reissues KMD’s Black Bastards in Children’s Pop-Up Book Package
DOOM‘s Metalface Records will reissue Black Bastards, the second album from Daniel Dumile’s pre-MF DOOM group K.M.D., on Record Store Day, April 18. The reissue will be released in the form of a children’s pop-up book (!) and will come with two CDs and a 7″ picture disc.
The first CD contains the remastered version of the original album, while the second contains bonus material. The 7″ contains the track “What a Nigga Know”. A full vinyl edition of the reissue will be released in the near future.
Originally scheduled to come out in 1994, Black Bastards was refused release by Elektra Records. Read more about its history here.
