Drake Appears in Air Jordan Super Bowl Commercial

T-Mobile already shared its Super Bowl commercial featuring Drake. Now, Air Jordan has posted its own Drake commercial for its #WEAREJORDAN campaign. Watch Drake wear a Jordan headband and talk about his first pair of the brand’s sneakers below, via Spin.

Drake is an avowed supporter of the Jordan brand. His OVO label and the shoe company have collaborated for signature shoes; he rapped “I get boxes of free Jordans like I play for North Carolina” on If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late‘s “10 Bands”; and he alluded to the brand’s iconic logo on What a Time to Be Alive‘s “Jumpman” with Future. It’s certainly possible that Drake wears some Jordans when he coaches in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game this week, too.

Drake is not the only musician to get in on the Super Bowl 50 frenzy. Coldplay and Beyoncé will perform during the halftime show, and Missy ElliottLil Wayne, and Janelle Monàe will all appear in commercials. Jeezy also dropped a song inspired by Super Bowl quarterback Cam Newton.
