dvsn Remix Aaliyah’s "One in a Million"

Toronto R&B act dvsn provided a special guest mix on tonight’s episode of “OVO Sound Radio,” Drake’s show for Apple Music’s Beats 1. During their set, they played tracks by Rihanna, Miguel, Usher, D’Angelo, and more. They also premiered two tracks from their upcoming album Sept. 5th: “In + Out” and “Do It Well.” In addition, dvsn shared a remix of Aaliyah‘s “One in a Million.” In their rendition, dvsn sing along with Aaliyah’s original vocals; they weave in lyrics from Prince’s “Purple Rain,” too. Producer Noah “40″ Shebib closed out the program announcing that Sept. 5th will be out tonight at midnight (March 27). The album was originally scheduled for an April 1 release. It includes previously released songs “The Line,” “Too Deep,” “Hallucinations,” and “With Me.”
