Erykah Badu Appears on Local News Report About Dallas Airport Delays

Last year, Erykah Badu glided into a local news report, mugging for the camera and kissing an anchor’s cheek. As Fader points out, she appeared on the news once again (wearing a similarly awesome hat), but this time she played by the anchor’s rules.

Badu was stuck in the Dallas airport, where she was approached by CBS Dallas/Fort Worth reporter Steve Pickett. He asked about her flight’s delay, and she replied, “It’s hard out here for a pimp, you know?” Newscasters, take note: If you see Erykah Badu in the wild, you should absolutely try to interview her.
