Foo Fighters’ "Sonic Highways" DVD Features Extended Interviews With Ian MacKaye, Chuck D, Dan Auerbach

Dave Grohl’s HBO documentary series “Sonic Highways” followed his band as they traveled to eight cities across the United States. Grohl documented each city’s music history, interviewing music icons along the way while concurrently recording the latest Foo Fighters album. The series is out on DVD, Blu-ray, and digitally on April 7.

The series’ deluxe DVD and Blu-ray package will come with bonus footage and extended interviews, including conversations with Ian Mackaye, Chuck D, the Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach, President Barack Obama, Butthole Surfers’ Gibby Haynes, ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons, Joan Jett, Dolly Parton, and others.
