Four Tet Streams Morning/Evening

Last month, Four Tet announced that his follow-up to 2013′s Beautiful Rewind would arrive in July. Earlier than promised, Kieran Hebden has released Morning/Evening today “to celebrate the summer solstice”. The two-song, 40-minute album is streaming in full above.

Hebden made the album between August 2014 and February 2015. “This music was created on a laptop computer using the Ableton Live software to control and mix VST synthesizers and manipulations of found audio recordings,” reads the album’s description.

The physical edition of the album will be available on July 10. It will also be available that day via other digital retailers. Meanwhile, it’s available to purchase on Bandcamp.
