Hear David Bowie’s Isolated “Lazarus” Vocal in New Documentary Clip

This past November, the BBC announced David Bowie: The Last Five Years, a new documentary that explores Bowie’s time recording his final albums, The Next Day and Blackstar, as well as the musical LazarusNow, ahead of its airing tomorrow, the BBC has released some clips from the documentary for UK viewers, one of which features isolated snippets of Bowie’s “Lazarus” vocal. Watch them here, along with clips of Bowie’s performance at the Isle of Wight Fest in 2004 and the making of “The Stars (Are Out Tonight).”

The Last Five Years airs Saturday, January 7, at 9 p.m. GMT on BBC Two.
