After a few teasersHoly Fuck have announced their new album, titled Congrats. The follow-up to 2010′s Latin is out May 27 on Innovative Leisure. Check out the cover art below. The first single is “Tom Tom”, which you can hear above.

The band also announced they’re playing Toronto’s Field Trip Festival and an L.A. show at Los Globos on February 25, as part of a bill chosen by Innovative Leisure for Red Bull Sound Select. More North American dates will follow shortly.

“When you’re sitting still in a van and staring out the windows, you start to dream about all the other things you want to do,” Brian Borcherdt said in a press release. “This album is exactly what we couldn’t do then.”

As the press release notes, Congrats was recorded over three days in a studio (rather than their usual Ontario barn) by the same lineup that recorded Latin: Borcherdt, Graham Walsh, Matt “Punchy” McQuaid, and Matt Schulz.

In 2012 Borcherdt released Total Dust, by his project Dusted

Correction: An earlier version of this story indicated that Holy Fuck will be playing SXSW. They aren’t.
