Hudson Mohawke Clarifies Frank Ocean, James Blake Comments

Earlier this week, Hudson Mohawke claimed to have worked on material with both James Blake and Frank Ocean. A day after his comments, James Blake denied working with HudMo, tweeting, “As talented as I think he is, I’ve never worked with Hudson Mohawke and don’t know what he’s talking about. I’m respectfully baffled.” Today, HudMo has taken to Twitter to clarify his comments.

He tweeted, “Maybe need to clarify few things here…James tried a few things with some insts of mine for my last record but didn’t come to anything.” HudMo continued, addressing his comments regrading Frank Ocean and the past tweets, writing, “Frank and I worked together on some things but didn’t really come to anything either. That’s why I left those tweets up though.” He concluded his series of tweets saying that he still wasn’t sure his work with either of them would ever be released: “As I said doubt anything will see the light of day cos both were a few years ago now. Would be amazing if they did tho. Anywaysssss all good.” Below you can find Mohawke’s tweets.
