James Murphy Shares “Only the Stars Above Welcome Me Home” From While We’re Young Score

 

LCD Soundsystem‘s James Murphy is behind the score for the new Noah Baumbach film While We’re Young, which stars Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts, Amanda Seyfried, Adam Driver, and Beastie Boys’ Ad-Rock. Today, he’s shared a sample from the score, titled “Only the Stars Above Welcome Me Home” above.

The film’s soundtrack is out March 24 (and on vinyl May 19). It features Murphy’s instrumental version of David Bowie’s “Golden Years” and music from A Tribe Called Quest, Haim, and Paul McCartney and Wings. Find the full tracklist here.

While We’re Young opens March 27.
