Kanye, Nas, Erykah, Pusha, More on The Land Soundtrack

On July 29, Mass Appeal Records will release the soundtrack for the upcoming film The Land. Today, the label has revealed the tracklist for the record, which is executive produced by Nas (who also executive produces the film). It features French Montana’s collaboration with Nas and Kanye West, “Figure It Out.” There are also new songs from Nas and Erykah Badu, Pusha T and Jeremih, and three new tracks from Nosaj Thing. Listen to Cleveland rapper Ezzy’s “Goodbye” from the soundtrack below; it’s produced by Rafi Gavron, who appears in The Land, as does Ezzy. See the tracklist and the soundtrack artwork below.

The Land is directed by Steven Caple Jr. It focuses on four Cleveland teenagers with dreams of professional skateboarding who get ensnared in a drug operation. The movie hits theaters and video-on-demand on July 29. In addition to Badu, The Land also features Michael K. Williams (“The Wire,” “Boardwalk Empire”) and Cleveland rapper Machine Gun Kelly.
