Kanye Opens Casting Call for Yeezy Season 4
Kanye West has just announced a casting call for his upcoming Yeezy Season 4 fashion show. The casting call will take place tomorrow in Manhattan at Jack Studios, from 11 am to 5 pm. West is currently looking for “multiracial women only” and asks that potential models forgo makeup, and should “come as you are.” Below you can find Kanye West’s tweet detailing the casting call. Yeezy Season 4 is set to debut on September 7 during the the first afternoon of New York Fashion Week. The show’s location and exact time have yet to be announced.
West has used the last Yeezy Season shows to premiere new music. He played “Wolves” at the Yeezy Season 1 last year. He premiered a version of “Fade” at Yeezy Season 2. At Yeezy Season 3, he premiered his latest album The Life of Pablo, during the course of the Madison Square Garden event.
In August, West shared the music video for “Fade” at the 2016 MTV VMAs, and delivered a speech discussing his controversial “Famous” video, his relationship with Taylor Swift, and other topics.
