L7 Reunite, Announce Tour and Documentary

The Los Angeles grunge heroes L7 went on hiatus back in 2001. In 2015, the band’s original lineup (Donita Sparks, Suzi Gardner, Jennifer Finch, and Demetra Plakas) are getting back together. They’ve announced a European tour and launched a Kickstarter for their documentary L7: Pretend We’re Dead. Find the dates, reunion teaser trailer, and Kickstarter documentary trailer below.

Pretend We’re Dead is directed by Sarah Price, and it features over 100 hours of the band’s home movies, unreleased performance footage, and interviews with the band. Incentives for contributing to the Kickstarter include associate producer credits on the film, a seance with the band, handwritten lyrics, phone messages, your name on a sticker that’ll be placed on Sparks’ Flying V, shirts, vinyl, DVDs, and much more.
