LCD Soundsystem Set for “Saturday Night Live”
LCD Soundsystem have been announced as the musical guests for the May 6 episode of “Saturday Night Live,” hosted by Chris Pine. It marks the band’s first live appearance since their recent residency at the new venue Brooklyn Steel, where they debuted new songs including “Tonight,” “Call Police,” and “American Dream.” A new LCD Soundsystem album is currently in the works. The band is also set to headline Pitchfork Music Festival 2017 with A Tribe Called Quest and Solange. The festival takes place in Chicago’s Union Park from July 14–16. Get tickets here.
