Led Zeppelin Share Unreleased Song “Sunshine Woman”: Listen

Back in 1997, Led Zeppelin released their BBC Sessions as a two-disc live compilation. Last month, they announced a remastered version called The Complete BBC Sessions, which features eight previously unheard recordings, including three recordings from a “lost” session from 1969. One of them, “Sunshine Woman,” which was previously available only as a bootleg, has been released today, via the Guardian. Jimmy Page insists, in an interview in Mojo, it’s the best version you’ll find of the track, even though “there’s no point pretending it wasn’t recorded off the radio.” The song is currently unavailable in the U.S.

The updated compilation is out September 16 via Atlantic/Swan Song.
