Led Zeppelin’s BBC Sessions Get Reissue With “Lost” Recordings

Led Zeppelin’s BBC Sessions were originally released as a two-disc compilation of live recordings back in 1997. Soon, there’s going to be a remastered version called The Complete BBC Sessions, which includes eight previously unheard recordings, among them are three recordings from the “lost” session from 1969. The updated compilation is out September 16 via Atlantic/Swan Song. A special box set (three CDs, 5LPs) will be available that includes: the two-disc remastered album, a separate disc with the unreleased audio, vinyl pressings of both, a high definition audio download card, and a 48-page book filled with photos of the band, the recording locations, BBC memorabilia, and session information.
