Listen to Foxygen’s New Song “America”

Foxygen have shared their first new song in a year. It’s called “America,” and it follows last year’s track “24 Hour Lover Man,” as well as their 2014 record …And Star Power. Jonathan Rado and Sam France made the song along with a 34-piece orchestra. Listen to “America” below.

Earlier this week, Foxygen had teased the new song in a preview clip, and they also updated their Facebook cover photo, profile photo, and their Twitter avatar to the same black and white image of the woods. On Sunday, October 16, Foxygen will perform at the Desert Daze festival in California. Previously, the duo had played shows in 2015 that they called the “Farewell Tour.” At the time, they wrote that “THIS IS OUR FINAL TOUR.”
