Next Friday, October 21, Leonard Cohen will release his new album You Want It Darker (via Sony). It’s his first studio album since 2014’s Popular Problems. Today, a week ahead of its release date, the record is streaming in full. Hear it below, via NPR.
Recently, Cohen made headlines with a New Yorker profile about his new record. The author noted that Cohen is unlikely to tour soon, and the artist acknowledged his own declining health: “I am ready to die. I hope it’s not too uncomfortable. That’s about it for me,” he said.
