Lotic, Rabit, Marshstepper, Priests, More to Play Pitchfork Northside Festival Showcase

Pitchfork is pleased to announce that we’ll be hosting a showcase as part of Brooklyn’s Northside Festival. It takes place Saturday, June 11 at Saint Vitus in Greenpoint.

The lineup includes Lotic, Rabit, Marshstepper, Priests, Breadwoman (a collaboration between Anna Homler and Steven Warwick), David Vassalotti, and Bichkraft. Check out all of the details in the poster below, designed by JS Aurelius of Marshstepper and Ascetic House.

Found in 1985, Breadwoman is an L.A. music and performance art project with a recent reissue on RVNG Intl. This will be their first US show. David Vassalotti, better known as the guitarist in Merchandise, released his second solo album, Broken Rope, this year. Bichkraft is an industrial noise band from Kiev, Ukraine, who are playing their first New York shows at Northside.

The show is 21+ and costs $20. Doors are at 7 p.m. You can buy tickets here.

Northside Festival takes place June 6-12 at venues throughout Greenpoint and Williamsburg. Other artists performing include Brian Wilson, Conor Oberst, Wolf Parade, Colleen Green, DJ Spinn, D∆WN, Diet Cig, Kacey Musgraves, King Khan and the Shrines, Lotic, PC Worship, Peanut Butter Wolf, Posse, Questlove, Rabit, Rostam, Future Punx, Blank Range, Hinds, Samiyam, and Steve Gunn.
