M.I.A. Shares Diplo-Produced Version of “Bird Song”: Listen

M.I.A. has shared a new version of her track “Bird Song,” produced by Diplo. It’s taken from her forthcoming album A.I.M., out September 9 via Interscope. M.I.A. previously called out the label on Twitter, claiming that they were blocking the Diplo version’s release. This morning, in a Periscope broadcast you can see below, she said the issue has been resolved. The first version of the song, produced by Blaqstarr, was released earlier in August. (They’re both on the album, a new tracklist confirms.)
