Mac DeMarco Shares Instrumental “BBQ Soundtrack” Some Other Ones

The 4th of July just ended, but that’s no reason to not throw another cookout. To help, Mac DeMarco has just shared Some Other Ones, a collection of instrumental recordings he’s billed as his “BBQ soundtrack.” It features songs such as “Little Pepper” and “Onion Man”, and was recorded from July 4-8 in Queens, New York. Check it out below via his Bandcamp. 

You might hear some of these tunes at the BBQ that DeMarco is throwing in Brooklyn this afternoon in support of his new record, Another One. That goes down at 153 Morgan Ave at 1 p.m.; you’ll also be able to score some food if you make a food bank donation.

Another One is out August 7 via Captured Tracks.
