Last week, Majical Cloudz announced that they would be breaking up. On Thursday, the duo played their final live show at La Sala Rossa in their hometown of Montreal. Welsh formed Majical Cloudz with Matthew E. Duffy, and the two released their self-titled debut cassette in 2010. Otto joined the band in the wake of Duffy’s departure in 2011Welsh and Otto released two albums, 2013′s Impersonator and last year’s Are You Alone?, as well as the EPs Turns Turns Turns and Wait & See.
