Members of Bon Iver, Arcade Fire, the Strokes to Play Basketball for Charity at POP Montreal

It’s that time once again: POP Montreal will host the annual ”POP vs. Jock” charity basketball game. Tapped to play are Bon Iver‘s Justin Vernon, Win and Will Butler of Arcade Fire, and Nikolai Fraiture of the Strokes. Matt Bonner will coach. The game takes place on September 20 at the McGill University Sports Centre, NME reports.

POP Montreal takes place from September 17-21. The lineup includes Panda Bear, Schoolboy Q, Sun Kil Moon, Ty Segall, Twin Shadow, the Unicorns, Richard Reed Parry, Deafheaven, Stars, Mutual Benefit, Ought, Movement, Hiss Golden Messenger, Against Me!, No Joy, and others.
