Nicki Minaj Doc "My Time Again" Shows Nicki's Emotional Side During the Time Leading Up to The Pinkprint

Last night, MTV premiered a new Nicki Minaj documentary called “My Time Again“, the follow-up to her 2010 special “My Time Now“. The 40-minute doc focuses on the time during the months before 2014′s The Pinkprint came out. It includes footage of the incident involving a snake biting a dancer during rehearsals for the MTV Video Music Awards (not to mention Nicki’s “wardrobe malfunction” during the VMA broadcast itself), the excitement around the release of “Anaconda” and its accompanying video, and more.

Nicki also returns home to Queens to visit family and discusses her emotional state of mind, including addressing the end of the 11-year relationship that inspired The Pinkprint. She also talks about the abortion she had as a teenager (mentioned in the Pinkprint song “All Things Go”) and her desire to be a mother soon.
