Nite Jewel, Zoë Kravitz, Samantha Urbani Cover Rexy’s "Don’t Turn Me Away": Listen
Earlier this year, Samantha Urbani (Blood Orange collaborator, formerly of Friends) and her new URU label teamed up with Lucky Number to reissue British pop duo Rexy’s 1981 album Running Out of Time. Upon announcing the reissue, Urbani covered Rexy’s “Alien” from the album. Now, she’s teamed up with Nite Jewel and actress Zoë Kravitz (of Lolawolf) to cover Rexy’s “Don’t Turn Me Away,” another track from Running Out of Time. Hear their cover and Rexy’s original below.
