Numero Group Releasing White Zombie Box Set

Numero Group have announced It Came From N.Y.C., a box set that collects the early recordings of the New York metal band White Zombie (co-founded by Rob Zombie and Sean Yseult). The 5xLP or 3xCD set, out June 3, collects their out-of-print early albums and EPs. It’s accompanied by a 108-page book featuring unpublished photographs and a 20,000-word essay from Pitchfork contributor Grayson Currin.

It Came From N.Y.C. collects the God’s on Voodoo Moon 7″ (1985), the Pig Heaven 7″ (1986), Psycho-Head Blowout EP (1987), Soul-Crusher (1987), Make Them Die Slowly (1989), and God of Thunder EP (1989). Find the tracklist here

The box set’s 39 tracks were remastered by White Zombie guitarist J. Yuenger. It’s pressed on black, white, and toxic waste green vinyl. Find a trailer below.
