Can he save the middle class? Defeat ISIS? Forget that. The American people have only one truly important question for President Obama: Kendrick Lamar or Drake? In a Q&A hosted by YouTube today, he gave his answer: Kendrick. Watch his answer below after the 27:00 mark, as Consequence of Sound points out.
“Gotta go with Kendrick,” the President said when asked by YouTube vlogger Adande Thorne. “I’m just saying. I think Drake is an outstanding entertainer, but Kendrick—his lyrics, his last album was outstanding. Best album, I think, of last year.”
(We agree with the President: To Pimp a Butterfly was the best album of 2015.)
Of course, Obama’s hand was already tipped before receiving the question: He recently hosted Kendrick at the White House, and called “How Much a Dollar Cost” his favorite song of 2015.
