Original Mad Max Trilogy Soundtrack Collection Announced

Varèse Sarabande Records has announced a new bundle that gathers the soundtracks for George Miller’s first three Mad Max films on vinyl. Composer Brian May’s scores for Mad Max and The Road Warrior and Maurice Jarre’s Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome score will each come on a separate vinyl LP. The Beyond Thunderdome vinyl also contains Tina Turner’s “We Don’t Need Another Hero (Thunderdome),” which was recorded for the film. The collection is out April 1; pre-order it here.
