PJ Harvey Announces First U.S. Shows in Five Years

PJ Harvey has announced her first U.S. dates in five years. The dates come as she tours behind her latest album The Hope Six Demolition ProjectShe’ll play New York City’s Terminal 5 on August 16, followed by a show at Los Angeles’ Shrine Expo Hall two days later (August 18). According to a press release, these two gigs will be Harvey’s only Stateside shows this year. “She will be accompanied on-stage by: Alain Johannes, Alessandro Stefana, Enrico Gabrielli, James Johnston, Jean-Marc Butty, John Parish, Kenrick Rowe, Mick Harvey, and Terry Edwards. The show’s additional creative team includes Ian Rickson (Director), Jeremy Herbert (Set Designer), Adam Silverman (Lighting Designer), and Ann Demeulemeester (Costume Designer),” a press release explains. Harvey’s also confirmed for numerous European shows, as well.
