Purity Ring Share Sparkling "heartsigh" Video

Purity Ring have shared a video for their Another Eternity track “heartsigh”. Conceptualized by the duo and directed by Cecil Frena and Alex Fischer, the clip sees Megan James and Corin Roddick performing the track amidst a sea of hanging bulbs, strobes, and ghostly dancers. The video features “Submergence”, an art piece by British collective Squidsoup fashioned from 2,500 LED lights. Watch it below.

Here’s what James had to say about the video in a press release:

It was an honest collaboration that combined the ideas of the band with the talents of the directors, dancers and crew. The video consists of the many elements we have created and chosen to express in a live context, but has an added sightline of being in another world, keeping the past in arms with the present and holding a bit of magic in the dark.

In other Purity Ring-related news, Roddick co-produced “Somewhere in Paradise”, the new song from Chance the Rapper that he played on “Saturday Night Live” this past weekend.
